DELIVERY TRANSIT TIMES
The order's delivery time limit/deadline depends on the country of destination. Please note that transporters cannot deliver on holidays and weekends and it is not possible to specify a delivery time.
Delivery deadlines are guidelines, therefore they will be valid when there may be no physical or structural impediments such as wrong address, retention of delivery in customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive by email a carrier tracking number . You can use this number to track your order.
Your order will be delivered by a carrier to the indicated address.
If your products are not delivered within the deadline or if there is a problem, please contact our Customer Service.
If you have already received your order and it has a certain problem or if - for any reason - you are not satisfied, you can return it within 7 days from the date of reception, as long as the product(s) is/are new, complete and inside the original package. The item(s) must not be damaged, modified or broken. Incomplete, damaged or used goods will not be accepted for return.
If the returned item does not respect the above-mentioned conditions, you will not receive any refund and we recommend to have the product(s) back to you with the next order. All shipping and transportation costs are supported by you.
Intertaping.com will do everything in its power to refund the customer as soon as possible within 15 days of the arrival of the returned product at our warehouse.
