Do you charge shipping costs? You pay a contribution per order for preparing, checking and delivering the order. With every order under €149.99, a shipping fee of at least €18.99 will be charged. With every order above €149.99, shipping is free to the UK. If you place multiple orders on the same day, it is possible to ship these orders together. When you return your order in full, you will receive the full purchase amount back. The return costs are for your own account. |

Do I need an account to order? No, having an account is not mandatory. Having an account offers many advantages. You can create an account with your first order so that you can order with 1 press of a button the next time. |

How long does it take to receive your package? Intertaping.nl strives to deliver your package within 2 days. Your order is always provided with a track & trace code and you can track your package via the confirmation we send. |

I'm not at home, now what? Not at home at the time of delivery? No problem! In that case, a standard attempt will be made to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this does not work either, the delivery person will leave a message for you. You will find a 'not-home code' on this. With this code you can indicate on the site of the delivery person on the same day until 22:00 where you want your order delivered on a second attempt. You then have the choice of one of the following options:
